Force Install Google Assistant On Chromebooks

Step 1: Go to chrome://flags and find #enable-native-google-assistant flag. Enable it
Step 2: Reboot the Chromebook
Step 3: Go to chrome://assistant-optin and follow the instructions
Now you should have google assistent installed...
NOTES:
--> use this on DEV channel
