Title: Issues trying to flash under Ubuntu 18.10
Post by: Don H on February 17, 2019, 07:13:21 pm
Hello, all.

I am trying to flash my Gemini to dual boot.  I had this working under 18.04 a while back, but I am revisiting it again.

I have followed the instructions at the Planet's support web site, but when I get to the part about backing up the NVRAM partion (http://support.planetcom.co.uk/index.php/Linux_Flashing_Guide#Backup_the_NVRAM_partition). I get the following error in the terminal:
[div class=\'codetop\']CODE[/div][div class=\'codemain\' style=\'height:200px;white-space:pre;overflow:auto\']USB port is obtained. path name(/dev/ttyACM0), port name(/dev/ttyACM0)

[/div]

and I get the following dialog box:

Anyone seen this before, and can give me a pointer?  Thanks!
