Hi,
as you have noticed, the forum's SSL certificates have now expired and the forum is being probably blocked by your browser or antivirus program. I'm now getting in touch with our hosting provider, hoping that they'll fix this issue ASAP. In the meanwhile please disregard any security warning on this site until the issue will be sorted out, and sorry for any inconvenience.

Our hosting provider has answered to my ticket on the bug tracking portal, saying that the issue should be now fixed. I'm not seeing any security warning from my side, please let me know if you're seeing any remaining issue before I close the ticket. Thanks for your patience!

Perhaps, whilst you're at it, you could get them to fix your IPv6 problems.
Attempting to access this thing via IPv6 results in a single 'Cannot determine your IP address' string, and nothing else. I've had to stick the IPv4 address in /etc/hosts just to post this. It's been like this for well over a month now.

This is being worked on: https://www.oesf.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=36211 (https://www.oesf.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=36211) The new forum will have support for, among other things, IPV6 connections. Sorry for this annoyance, this should be sorted out soon.
