Hi guys, hope one of you can help.
Finally got my Cosmo - feels nice and screen is pretty good too. Of course I'll happily do a full review, once I can.
However it's failed at the first hurdle. My network is 3 (Three) - 4G (LTE). However whilst voice calls are working just fine, I can't get mobile data to turn on. I turn it on via the settings UI, and it pops right back off
Anybody got any ideas?
Regards
Steve

Ok worked it out. UI is very bad, and default settings (that you can't seem to access right now) have the second/eSIM as the data sim!
Turning mobile data off, then on again, and say "Yes please change the SIM used" fixed it.
Though my thoughts on this device are a little soured as my "S" key keeps getting stuck and the "C" key is not very responsive

^^ this should be told to all newcomers (turn mobile data off and on again in main settings for it to actually work).
Sucks your keyboard is having issues. I haven't had any stuck keys yet.

The stuck keys were a problem on the Gemini as well. A quick fix if you're bold enough is to carefully pry the key cap out, and stick a tiny bit of sponge (a corner off a kitchen sponge will do) underneath.

Also a quick note to say that the stuck keys do tend to work better over time as the keys break in.

Thanks! I had a similar problem.
As you, I was not able to activate the 4G connection, but the issue was that "Preferred SIM for Mobile data" was not set. Setting it to my only SIM in slot 1 and activating mobile data was enough to get it going
