Hi.
Is there a way to turn off or dim the two bright blue LEDs either side of the fingerprint sensor. Rather bright at night!
Thanks!

I charge my Gemini overnight, and found the red charging indicator too bright. But I have a low-tech solution: turn the Gemini upside-down!
Don't know whether that would work for the Cosmo, though…

I did the same thing with my Gemini, and can confirm it works nicely with the Cosmo.

But this is the fingerprint LEDs, not the charging one. In the end I did a factory reset and now the LEDs behave differently and eventually turn off when the unit goes into standby.
-
Yeah, but as you've noticed, the thing is a tad buggy. Best turn it over to be sure...

I make doubly sure - I turn it off!

I just press the silver button, which turns off the cover display and turns the LEDs off.

When my unit arrived, the LEDs stayed on even when the cover display was turned off with the silver button. This seemed to cure itself after a couple of soft resets.

I had the opposite problem, mine got in a state where the lights would be off always no matter whether the display was on or off.
Solved by going into the Quick Settings and turning the Cover Display off and then on again.
(Note: turning display off with silver button doesn't help as that just sleeps the screen and the STM32 is still up and running ... need to power cycle the STM32 chipset itself)
