Title: Wallpaper keeps resetting to defaul

Not sure why - but when I try and apply a live wallpaper - after a period of time, it seems to reset to the stock wallpaper?
Anyone else seeing this?

As someone else has mentioned on getting settings to "stick": One might have to do a restart of the device directly after applying some settings to get them to be "permanent". You might try that, and see if it "sticks" then...??

My PoS Cosmo halves the home screen display (before it DIED) as a black band.

Only tapping home screen and AGAIN selecting the same, dang wallpaper background does it display properly.

Until the next time (post charge seemingly).
