Title: Update only linux partition?

Hi all,

I have a Gemini 4g and i am wondering if it's possible to switch the linux image.
I want to keep android intact and install SailfishOs or Kali instead of Debian, is it possible?

It's definitely possible using the flash tool Planet provides, as I managed it in the past. You simply have to untick the boxes on the partitions that you don't want rewritten. (That would include anything to do with your android partitions—though it doesn't hurt to back up your android partitions anyway before doing so, just in case.)
