Title: KALI woes
Post by: Bogwitch on February 06, 2021, 10:25:33 am
I've now obtained a 2nd hand Gemini, quite chuffed with how it feels and performance isn't too sluggish.

I eventually worked out I'd have  to succumb to having a laptop with Windows to backup the NVRAM0 and to flash so, I now have it flashed with Android and Kali.

This is where I've run into problems. While the Kali boots successfully and I can reboot, shutdown and restart, if I issue the command to update/upgrade, the OS will no longer restart.

Am I missing something obvious or is Kali not as supported as previously suggested? Is Debian support and experience similar or is it more mainstream?

Thanks,

Bog

This happens allot when updating Kali on all platforms.
