Hi,
We have created a Debian Bullseye XFCE desktop that can run on any rooted Android installation.

Installation takes less that 5 minutes and consists of 2 apk's and a root file system.
Our software is very portable but requires a build of our driver for the target Android device.
If you are a developer with a rooted Cosmo and willing to test out our builds contact me or (volkspc dot org).
We already provide free downloads for Android-x86 and ODROID-N2(ARM SBC).
