Title: Control CoDi on/off

CoDi sleep/activate operation when cover is closed and CoDi auto control.(require rooted)

Spec.
- Cover open to sleep CoDi
- Cover closed to restart or sleep CoDi (selected by setting)
- Double-clicking the side button sleep CoDi.
- Double-click on the volume reduction button to restart CoDi.

Note.
- Root privileges are required.
- CoDi system settings must be turned on in advance.
- Battery consumption of CoDi during sleep is almost negligible.
- The restart time is about 2 seconds.
- Notification display and incoming call display are not available while the CoDi sleep. CoDi settings are cleared.
- Sometimes CoDi will restart on its own, but CoDi sleep automatic after a few seconds.

That's excellent, this is something I desperately needed to make my Cosmo productive as a mobile phone.

Notifications that occur while CoDi is in sleep mode can be displayed on the restarted CoDi.

(Bug that causes device freeze while using CosmoCtl has been fixed in version 6.26 or later.)
