Title: video camera error

Most of times when recording  a video  with the built in program the result is a video with error when playing. Installed opencamera and the problem is solved.

What settings are you using? I enabled EIS and set to 1920x1080. Recorded a few videos, long and short. I zoomed with pinch whilst videoing and was able to view the results with no issues. The only thing I noticed was the soft audio - but maybe I haven't tweaked the mic volume. Were you using 1920 or 4K video?

Hi Vader.Default settings. But I  have also tried others and sometimes the error persists. Now I am using opencamera. Thank you for the information. I will try the settings you mentioned.
Hi, I figured out that the problem was the file manager plus . I was opening the videos from there (fie manager plus internal video player ). You are right. The sound is very low in the camera app and it is much better in open camera.
