Title: a lot of keys are not working
Post by: Penorek on February 16, 2023, 05:15:28 pm
Hello,
Many keys in the keyboard do not work. How can I solve them. How can I remove the buttons. Which tool do I need?
Thank you!

Probably an initial defect.
This is a rare occurrence with Planet products.
We recommend requesting a replacement from Planet.

Communication with Planet is terrible, I think the company is bankrupt. There are no updates on the idigogo page. Does anyone have another idea. Thanks for your answer.

Just send mail to hello@planetcom.co.uk, at least I've gotten responses pretty fast for maintenance-related cases (such as getting my CoDI fixed). I didn't take them up on their offer though, but at least I got a response.

Several keys were not functioning properly on mine and the keyboard was stuck in US English layout despite being set to UK English, which is what I have. However, after no less than four factory resets all seems to be working correctly, at least as far as the keyboard is concerned.
