Title: Planet-Computers not further available? Orders not distributed?

Hello,

I ordered a DP-USB-Adaptor cable in April and payed via Amazon-Pay with the instant pay button.
Another payment method is not available. I hadn't gegistred for the order.
I got never an email of the order but the payment hab been succesfully debited.

By the way after near 3 month the Cable is still not arrived. I tried to use email, contact formulars and the amazon payment support menu for the status but got never an answer.
The latest I got was an answer that broken dissplays cannot be exchanged because are not available.
So I created an account an tried to order another DP-USB-Cable but Amazon Payment does not support any more this shop.

I wonder but is it possible the company does not further exist and no payed orders willl be delivered any more?
Does anybody knows something about planet computers?

This news saddens me. Whilst I cannot get the order expedited, the fact there's been no communication is deeply concerning.

Can you DM me your last name and first initial?

Planet is still alive, but I think they've run out of hands.
