I\'m hoping someone might be able to help me out with this. I just got a Belkin F5D6060 (also misnamed FSD6060) CompactFlash 802.11b card today and I can\'t seem to get networking set up for it. The compatiblity table at http://www.zauruszone.farplanet.net/wiki/i...lessCardSupport (http://www.zauruszone.farplanet.net/wiki/index.php?WirelessCardSupport) seems to imply that I should have no problems.
I\'ve read that it uses the Prism2 chipset, and I\'ve loaded the prism2_cs module, and even though \"ifconfig -a\" shows it, I can\'t seem to get it to find my access point. The Network control panel says \"Access Point: Unable to detect\", and the wlanmon app says \"Can\'t find a wireless device\" when I start it up (also says \"libwlan: Network is down libwlan: No such device\" on the console).
I read somewhere to try using the hostap_cs module, but I\'m pretty sure that\'s not on here.
I\'m currently using Zynergy ROM.

I figured I should update this thread with my current status and a small reveiw ofthe card:
The F5D6060 (aka FSD6060) works fine in OZ 3.3.6-pre1, but not the SharpROM. I think the OZ roms use the hostap_cs module and SharpROM uses something different. In any case, I'm sufficienly happy with OZ, so I'm sticking with it.
For those who wonder how well the F5D6060 fits in the SL-5600, it's works pretty well. The headphone port is sufficiently exposed, but the stylus channel is slightly blocked. I can get the stylus out if I bend it slightly when removing it. What might work better would be to trim some of the plastic from the CF card case with a Dremel just to give that extra needed millimeter or so.
Also interesting is that be back panel on the CF card can be easily removed/replaced revealing the etched circuit-board antenna patch. It would appear that there is a notch where you could modify the card to install an external antenna.
