I have problem downloading with Pcsoft.zip (I downloaded it already for 5 times and still the same problem!) When I extracted data2.cab it says ERROR: INVALID COMPRESSED DATA TO INFLATE.
What does this mean?

It\'s a bum zip file... I\'ll fix it and upload a good copy. I\'ll post a note here when it\'s complete

OK... try the download again. I created a new zip file of the Pcsoft directory.
Also, if you want, you can always download the whole 5500v310u.zip file (~66mb) which has the Pcsoft in it. But, that\'s actually why I created the three smaller files... only download what you need.
good luck

Thanks for fixing it! I already downloaded the Pcsoft file and successfully installed it to my PC. I haven\'t yet downloaded the driver for my SL-C700. When I connected the USB cable from my Zaurus to my PC, my PC is searching for the driver of another Zaurus model. If I download the other 15 MB file containing the driver, is it compatible with my Sl-c700?
-
just download these Windows USB Drivers for SL-C7x0/8x0 (http://www.zaurususergroup.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=UpDownload&file=index&req=getit&lid=199). The file is <200kb and contains the necessary USB drivers for all C7x0 and 8x0 models.
enjoy

I downloaded the USB drivers and unzipped them. I do not know how to install them. I just put them in a new folder. The moment I unzipped them to a new folder is the installation of the drivers automatic?
I cannot still synchronize my ENglish Intellisync and Zaurus. When I synchronize it says that my Zaurus Manager and PC LInk must have the same configuration. I think it does. However I could not still synchronize or transfer some files from the PC to my Zaurus. What\'s wrong?
Are there other ways that I could transfer my word documents or saved online documents to my Zaurus using a USB cable?

The installation of the drivers is not automatic. Once you plug in the USB cable to both your Z and your computer (turn your Z on), your computer should recognize the new USB device and prompt you thru the process of installing the USB drivers. Just go thru the \"have disk\" setup and point to the drivers in the folder you unzipped them to.

When I plugged in the USB cable to my zaurus and PC, the PC does not recognize the USB cable. Once it showed in my taskbar that the PC have recognized SL-C700, then when I downloaded and unzipped the English Intellisync Folder by the time I connected my USB cable again it recognized not my SL-C700 model by something like the Zaurus 800 series. I tried to look up the driver when I unzipped the USB drivers by going to the \"add new hardware\" but it only recognized the 800 series when I searched it.
What do you mean by \"have disk set-up?\" Where is that located in the PC? I\'m using Windows 98

I have already located the \"have disk\". The problem I have now is that when I point to the folder where I unzipped the \"199\" file (containing the driver), there is no file other than the \".inf\" files that I can click to and start installing the driver. Is there something wrong?

Yes, I made it!!!! I can sync with my PC and Zaurus! Took me almost several days to figure this out! Thanks for the support again!
