Title: Word matcher aka word complete

Has Word matcher (word complete) that was in ROM 2.38 been added to ROM v3.13 because it was missing or didn\'t work in ROM v3.10?

You need to install the Word Game ipk that comes in the ROM update download. For some reason Sharp packaged the dictionary used for the word completion in with this game which isn\'t installed by default with the latest ROMs.
