I have the z5600 with the special kernel and zynergy.. I downloaded qoverclock and - well it just doesn\'t do anything. When I run it from the terminal, it just goes right back to bash... I have the correct /proc/cccr_ whatever it is... What is the problem?
-
Wrong application, that is for the SL5500/SL5000D. What you need is http://www.piro.hopto.org/~piro/zaurus/qcl...ge_0.1a_arm.ipk (http://www.piro.hopto.org/~piro/zaurus/qclockchange_0.1a_arm.ipk) (It needs to be run as root too)

You need Qclockchange, the link is in the 4th post in this thread:

Thanks, I will try these out again...
I also havet trouble with packages not being able to install ... can\'t extract, bad headers, error unpacking control... are these just incompatable? I have downloaded them a few times to be sure they were not corrupt.

Sometimes, if a package is deep inside a directory tree (ie. the path is long), it gives me that error. I just copy/move the IPK to the root directory of my CF or internal and run it from there...

Make sure that your browser hasn\'t ungzipped the file (which I\'ve seen happen) - assuming it\'s a tar.gz type ipk.

I guess I am a little lost when it comes to the ipk format.. my most common error is \'not in gzip format\' - the other error yells about stdout / stdin (I think)... And some things I have are just binaries I guess.. tar.gz\'s that extract to a single file.
I just want to get x working and be able to run snes ( which is working) and xmms.. can\'t find an ipk that works :/
