Title: Trying out PdaX Rom
Post by: Ansel_Tk1 on May 14, 2004, 12:15:42 am
Hi All

I downloaded, transfered and flashed my 860 to PDAX 1.0.5

Everything went pretty good, it looks neat but one problem...

I can\'t seem to calibrate the stylus properly! Everytime I do, the cursor seems to be about 20 pixels off where it should be and I can\'t control it.

I have removed the pointercal file in /etc/ and rebooted and tried again, but can\'t seem to configure it properly!

Any suggestions? It worked fine under Cacko 1.21

Thanks

I have noticed that no matter how often I recalibrate the stylus, it is never \"precisely\" calibrated. It does not appear to me to be off by 20 pels, but it is definitely enough for me to notice. I simply work with it. For now.

Did you remember to also flash the Pdax kernel?

Thanks for your replies

Yzord - how do I flash the PDAx Kernel?

Scott - have you tried the 1.0.5?
