Title: Expect scripting language
Post by: datajerk on May 23, 2004, 08:27:09 pm
Looking for Expect.  I tried to x-compile myself with no luck, thought I\'d ask around before making another attempt.

Thanks.

There\'s a version for Debian ARM here:
http://packages.debian.org/stable/interpreters/expect (http://packages.debian.org/stable/interpreters/expect)

I haven\'t tried it, but most of the Debian ARM packages that I have tried work fine on the Zaurus.

If not, then at least it is a starting point for you.

Thanks for the tip.  I found the packages and created ipks and did a couple tests.

I should have added that you need both expect and tcl ipks.
