The TC6393XB is made by Toshiba and it is also a NAND Flash controller and USB host controller (2port). The few information I could find are on Toshiba's japanese web site, although the page is in english:

http://www.semicon.toshiba.co.jp/eng/solut...pda_intro3.html (http://www.semicon.toshiba.co.jp/eng/solution/pda/pda_intro3.html)

No luck yet in locating the datasheet. If I can get my hands on it I'll post the file or link here.

Paolo.
