Guys,
Whenever i download mail with qtmail client it can not get past a certain email and perpetually tries to download it. If i delete the offending piece of mail manually from my server, it then perpetually tries to download another piece of mail. Has anyone experienced this or have a solution for this. Thanks everyone.

Is this with the Sharp Email App? Are you using IMAP to access you emailbox?
I have seen similar behavior with the Sharp Email app and IMAP. POP seems to work fine.
This doesn't fix it, but at least you are not alone.

i have the same problem on my 860, cacko 1.21b rom, in the email program (qtmail) with pop3 accounts. I seem to remember seeing an update for the mail program on a japanese site i'll have a search for it - perhaps someone knows if this will fix the mail program or what the problem is related to?

the update that you speak of supposedly adds not features for the american crowd and offers no bug fixes, or so i remember reading. still, i wanted to give it a try but couldnt find my way around some japanese page to download it.
