Title: eMail synchronizing no longer working

When I first got my 5500 I was able to get qtmail synching with Outlook under Windows XP.  Then I disabled that to get ordinary POP3 mail working on my personal mail.
Now I'd like to get it working as well as my POP3 account.  But everytime I try it I get synch errors.

Can someone tell me what I may be doing wrong?
