***CORRECTION I MEAN 5600**************************************
I just got my zaurus a few days ago, and I have tried EVERY public rom that I can find, and none have fixed this issue so I might as well try here.
Sometimes it says "low power" on the bottem of the screen (refering to the wireless card, which isn't possible as it otherwise gets 100%) and then the screen gets wierd lines all over it that don't go away till I remove the card. I looked in dmesg and had some interesting errors
<Start Errors>
hfa384x_docmd_wait: hfa384x_cmd_timeout(1), reg=0x8888
hfa384x_drvr_shutdown: hfa384x_drvr_shutdown: cmd_initialize failed, result=-110
<End Errors>
Now hfa384 is the manfid of the card, so thats obviously my card. I am using the prism2_cs drivers right now. I googled that and had a few other people with the prob but no solutions (one was in german but the translation didn't help). If someone can point me in the right direction it would GREATLY be appreciated!!

My only experience is that the card does not seat well when it is a little bent. Try reseating it and some *mild* bending to see if that doesn't improve.

c1pher,
I would suggest you return your card for a replacement. I bought a NetGear MA701 when I first got my C760 and it worked perfectly for many months, but then it went faulty and had similar behaviour to the problems you are experiencing. I no longer have a copy of my dmesg logs but I remember seeing similar errors to what you posted above.
The problem I had was that after using the card for a few minutes the wireless status icon would turn red (as in no signal) and the Zaurus would freeze up until I removed the card. I returned it for a replacement and everything was fine again for a month or so, but then it started to happen again. The new card would work fine for about 5-15 minutes but then the wireless status would show no signal and all I could do was remove the card and wait awhile before trying again (it didn't lock up the Zaurus like the first card however).
I suspected that the card had overheated (from too much web surfing! ) but NetGear never told me what the problem was. After my second card experienced the same problem I returned it for a refund and have now bought a Linksys WCF12. This new card hasn't misbehaved so far and I like it a lot more than the MA701, especially since its antenna is slimmer and fits better in my Targus case.
