Title: 56K MODEM CARD socket

I want use a 56K modem card from socket. It is recognized by the system.
I have configured the PPP network interface, the modem call the system but it is disconnected immediatly. I can't obtain the log, the button is not active. There is no file in /var/log how can I obtain the log?
I use OpenZaurus 3.2 Opie 1.0.3 on a SL5500

It seems that there are a trouble with the password sent, I checked on the NAS but I can't read the password received of course... The username is correct.
