moving to off-topic, and closing.

I'm trying to find out if this guy is real, or just a spammer.... I'm very close to banning the accound and IP address.

If anyone can vouch for this guy, let me know.  if you think I'm overreacting... also let me know.. I just keep seeing reports that he's a spammer.
