Hello everybody..

A couple of new features on the cacko.biz - specially the ipk feed function, take a look at http://www.cacko.biz/ipk_feed.php (http://www.cacko.biz/ipk_feed.php).
More screenshots will be added soon.

We all hope you like it - we will be expanding it soon with a small review, rating of each item, how to run the program and which parameters to use if any - plus links to the original creator homepage.

We have also added a paypal button so if you like our work we encourage you to donate - don\'t be alarmed of the fact that the donate buttons links to JeMi Web Design, thats my company and I will transfer the money to the Cacko team fund (PayPal doesn\'t allow transfers to former communist countries - that\'s why  :wink:)

We are also looking into setting up a second web server placed in Europe or USA so the site and downloads can load faster - we will return with more info on this later.

There has also been alot of cosmetic changes around the website and fixes + updates.

good to identify the great work with a known zaurus member.

The site looks one of the best sites designs I have seen.

I have to say, I wasn\'t realy all that impressed with previous cacko projects, but both the new ROM and the new site look great.  You guys have really done some fantastic work.

Anybody notice there are lots of new gnome packages in the cacko feed? What\'s going on? Surely they can\'t be trying to run the gnome desktop environment on the X11 ROM?

Yeps - we are.. Gnome is gonna be the choice for PIMs if everything works out - check the screenshot section and see Gnumeric running.

It can be beautiful to add the ability to use something like webmoney.ru for donations. As for me, I want a lot  to take part in cacko team work support but I don\'t trust PayPal cause it doesn\'t allow to leave it clearing the credit card data. So, I offer to add something like \"Donate with WebMoney\" option for former communist countries etc.

Guest.. I agree but most russian/ex-communist countries can transfer money between these countries - PayPal is primarilly an option for those in non-ex-communist(now its getting tricky) countries to donate to an russian account, i don\'t think that many people trust http://webmoney.ru/ (http://webmoney.ru/) - it seems a little \"tricky\".

Sash is working hard on compiling the Gnome pims and getting everything to work :-)
