I was wondering whether I can download a ROM image, and if I do get hold of one (NAND backup or something like that), how I can mount it to extract a file (kernel module) which I\'d like to take a look at (storage_FD)?

Here are links to two files - the first is an almost complete tar of the root file system (kept hanging near the end for some reason). The other is the NAND backup prior to english translation.

have fun.

Anyone know what the NAND backup file is? How to mount it etc? Chances are I won\'t even need it as you\'ve provided a tar file too, but I\'d be interested to know.
Thanks,
Si

I have the kernel module I was after (from the tar image, I still have no idea what the NAND backup is - in terms of its format that is).
Fingers crossed ;-)

So which file is needed for a NAND restore of the C860 ROM? The .DBK file?
Thanks,
