Title: missing fonts.. =(

Hi everyone!

i'm using OPIE 1.0.2, Familiar 0.7.2 on a compaq Ipaq

i'm trying to use mioSuite to help me in my japanese lessons.

but i can't seem to get the kani-font i've installed to show up.
because i get squares in mioSuite instead of the nice kanji and hiragana
characters.

when i run

ipkg files kani-font
it says its installed but it just doesnt show up?!?!

am i missing any dependencies or somthing?!?  
can someone pls help?
