after some hassles with various roms, etc, i'm wondering if i'm approaching my zaurus the right way.
so... what i'd ideally want, if possible, is the following:
- a rom that runs apache + php4 + mysql or (ideally) apache + php5.0.0 + sqlite extension at all times
- a fullscreen browser that browses localhost locations
- wifi support so the local scripts can sync with my website
is that possible?

Not sure about the wifi bit, but have you tried the prepackaged ipks from ZSI? There's one for apache with php (v 4.2.3) built in, and one for mysql (3.22). With a bit of tweaking (mainly in mysql) they both work just fine on the Cacko Rom. Opera works (for me) as the browser for getting localhost access, and I use this set up (along with phpwiki) as an integrated to-do and timelogging system for my work.
I'm a bit hazy about whether it would be possible to upgrade the versions of php/apache etc, and I'm afraid I don't know anything about sqlite...

is there a way, though, to run the browser fullscreen? that's my main issue. that, and making it always run w/o the opie stuff in the background...
