Title: how to add an item in the menu/desktop

Hi
just a little problem in RC2
SciTE in not present in the menu, but present on the desktop
how can i add it?

and also how can i add a program into the desktop menus?

See the files in the /usr/share/applications/ dir. Copy one and edit it. I don't know the command to refresh the menu, so you have to restart X to commit the changes.

effectively, SciTE is not in the panel menu because one line is missing into /usr/share/applications/SciTE.desktop

Categories=Applications

restart X and SciTE is in the panel menu
