Hello,
The only option seems to be Evolution and Multisync. This pair works. Evolution is the standard install. The Evolution 1.4 release works. Multisync is availablle from Sourceforge and the .82 version works well.

I am going to be using some shell scripts on my desktop which enable copying to/from the zaurus via wireless...
...it's not exactly syncing because it doesn't deal with conflicts & I have to remember which has the latest ....
....I was using cacko for a few months but wanted the freedom to be able to write tot he root file system & very much like opie's apps, so I have moved over to hentges 3.3.6pre1 running opie 1.14
As soon as I have the kdepim stuff working on the Zaurus I'll post my results here.

..Got a primitive kind of syncing working via ssh (& passwordless keys)
It relies on you remembering which contains the more up to date version of std.vcf & mycalander.ics however, so it's not true syncing.
If anyone's interested, send me a PM, or if there's enough demand, I'll attempt to upload here.
