Something has got to understand how to render the documents and the best candidate for that is HancomWord. But as you say, there is no print function in Hancom so there currently is no way of printing such documents.
You can usually send plain text files and jpeg images to a printer and it will know how to print them, but of course there will be no formatting or layout, etc.

Texmaker does have a print button but it sends it to the 'Default Printer Queue (System)' printer with 'lpr -r %' parameters, & of course there isn't one. It also allows you to send the print to a file.
Anyone know how to configure a default system printer on the Zaurus?

Well that's good news; the major problem is getting the formatted data into some kind of format which a printer can read: After that the printing itself should be reasonably straight-forward. Try printing it to a file, then see what format the file is in.
