Title: Cacko Rom/Kernal question

If I flash to : 5500 - Advanced Flash ROM update 3.10 (kernel 2.4.18) , should I then update the kernal from the Sticky...or is the 2.4.18 the most uptodate?

Pretty noobish question but Im just starting out

As I understand it 2.4.18 is the latest of the 2.4 kernels for the Z.  No one has done the work to get the 2.6 series working on the Z yet.  I think this on the the OE todo list.  All Z users would benefit if this happened, but it requires time and skill.
