I want to use the handwriting option for input, but a lot of the letters I write don\'t register correctly - a Q is recognized as a C etc.
Is there a chart somewhere of how to write each letter to be recognized? I think there is something called \"jot\" in the palm world or something.

When the handwriting pane is open look to the right of it. There should be four icons with the lowest one being a pen. Click on that one to modify the character set. The icon above it (the one with the question mark) shoud bring up a dialog with tips and a \"chart\" that shows how to write the characters.
(This is how it works with OpenZaurus but with the SharpROM it should be similar)

FYI: When you\'re in there, some letters will have multiple ways of writing them.
I\'ve also tried using the app to add my own variations of scribble for letters and that seemed to work. I\'ve also tried removing some of the special characters but that didn\'t seem to stay removed. I\'d like to get rid of some of the special symbles so that there is less chance of it thinking my scribble is a non-US alphabet character.

I\'ve tried it now and it works for me. There were just a couple of letters that I wrote differently, now I know.
Thanks

I think it would be great to put a printable pdf up of these strokes, though. Put a dot (.) at the start of each stroke (as in Palm\'s Grafitti help) and post it online here.
