Title: 5 minute bounce sometime in the next 72 hrs

I've changed services with my ISP (slight downgrade in speed), and they will need to bounce the circuit.  It should be a simple 5 minute outage sometime within the next 72 hours.

Hopefully it won't be noticable to anyone.
