Screensaver was built-in my Cacko 1.21b ROM on my C700
but i don't like Screensaver, i want my LCD screen turn off after a certain period instead
is there any way to do this option? because i dun see it on my Light & Power management has this option

AFAIK, there is no way to do what you want I'm afraid.
You can turn off the screensaver with a QCOP command, but this also turns off all other 'power saving' features such as auto dim and auto suspend.
The screensaver only comes on if the auto suspend has been disabled (either through plugging in the AC lead or using another QCOP command) but there seems to be no obvious way of changing this behaviour.

so there's no way to hack it?
is it possible next version of Cacko release will solve the problem?

The Qtopia that Cacko ROM uses is still Sharp's Qtopia, which is closed source. Sharp has made many changes to the open source Qtopia, so to be able to hack this they would have to switch to the open source version, which isn't fully compatible with Sharp's Qtopia.
