Title: Cacko QT rom development
Post by: nyar on October 12, 2004, 12:53:54 pm
Howdy,

I've just installed pdaXrom and Cacko QT on my SL-C860, and I must say I like Cacko QT a /lot/ better; it's far more polished, and usable as a PDA.

Cacko's site now goes to pdaXrom though - am I right in assuming development on Cacko QT has ceased?  Are there any third parties still working on it?

Any reason why?  Qtopia seems a much better solution for PDA's then X11, at least, IMHO.

Can one download the source for Cacko QT?  I'd be interested at hacking at it myself.

Heh, I just found that thread the same time you posted.  My bad.  Good to see, it's a great ROM.
