Is it possible to get firewall support on the C860 using pdaxrom? From what I can tell the default kernel comes with no firewall support, and I havn't been able to track down the kernel build used to make it (nor do I know how to load it, presumably there is a way with the rom flasher?). I did locate sources that claim to be for the 750/760 that seem like they might work, but there was no included configuration file and I don't have the hardware specs for the devices.
Can anybody help me with this? I have the cross compile environment set up, but I really need a config file for the kernel (or some tips on what needs to be enabled) to continue. Thanks.

In particular I need iptables support. Has nobody every recompiled the kernel for the Zaurus? I was really hoping someone had an example config file I could just edit (since I don't know what exact memory chips and whatnot the Zaurus uses).

I haven't tried it myself, but have you tried installing the iptables package from the rc5 feed?
As for a kernel config file, grab the pdaXrom builder from the rc5 download page. It's got all the config files used for the kernels.
