Title: Lexar 512MB SD (32X) $60 Amazon/J&R

I just ordered one of these from Amazon (via J&R Music and Computer World).  $65.78 with shipping.  This is supposedly "$120 off", but I'm not sure "off" from what.  This is the 32X version, supposed to be faster than the "regular" version.  Is that claim true?

There's also a $20 rebate from Lexar on this if purchased before 10/31/04..
