Title: timezones upgrade broken

All,

timezones upgrade is broken. The /packages file refers to version 1.0.0.xxx while the packagein upgrades is 1.4.6xxx. I believe the fix is to edit packages.

why did the

ipkg update
ipkg upgrade timezones

sequence consume 220k from the flash ram??

This was not the first time ipkg update has been done.
