Title: Ambicom WL1100C-CF wifi card ?

I've got a Zaurus SL-5500 with ROM version 2.12 (yes, I've never updated the ROM)

I just bought an Ambicom WL1100C-CF wifi card and I followed the instructions here:

But no luck...

I'm wondering if I need to update my ROM to get this working?

IMHO, should be better.
