Hello all !
It´s been a while since I flashed my Z5500 and I´m new to the ZUG. As I forgot to re-charge the batteries, my long-standing set-up´s been trashed and I don´t want it to happen again. I figured I´d like the tkc Rom with home on sd, but am unsure about the specific files I should get from the downlaod area. Which of the ROMs and which of the kernels ?
Explanations regarding the whys for the choice of particular files would also be welcome
Thanks a lot

Maybe I should be more specific :
I´d like to try the alpha 3 of tkc2, but don´t know which kernel is ok, gimme a hand , somebody, please ?

It's been awhile since I used that but it was the zImage-tkrom1.0-sl5500 with the initrd.bin-tkrom2.0alpha3-sl5500 that worked best for me and you still need the prep-home-sd.sh if you can find it.
That being said... I would use the sl5500_cacko_beta-2.4.18.zip with the home on SD if that is what you are after. Do a search for a new Cacko kernel for it on the Zug it works great and there is also a cool-icons package for it, both are from maslovsky.
Here's the rom:

Thanks a lot - I´ll get that kernel and try it.
Is tkc rom "dead" and Cacko "hype" now ?
