Why my two posts in this page appears to locked? May, please, to explain it?

For starters I'm have no admin rights over this part of the forum; secondly, which posts are you talking about? I've just done a quick scan down the page and it looks like you have at least two open posts on the first page alone:

Hi lardman:
Excuse me, but in the first page of software, in the column of envelopes, the mine two post appears to have a red point in the middle...maybe I´m wrong.

That just means you've posted to that thread (quite useful actually), take a look at some other threads you've posted to - they should also have this dot.
