Title: Bluetooth Services for Qtopia?
Post by: Wolfie_Fox on November 13, 2004, 11:53:53 am
Hey, I am fairly new here and have owned my Zaurus for over a month now and I wondering if there will be a Bluetooth service like you have on windows.

e.g..

Scan for Bluetooth devices
Network to a PC or other PDA
Share files and set a public folder

etc... that sort of thing.

all I can do at the moment is look for a phone with a DUN profile so I can dial up to the internet, that's it

Thanks

If I ever get round to finishing it, this will do most of what you want:

I haven't had time for ages to finish it, but recently I keep having a look at starting up development again, especially as I have more experience in programming in C++ now.

No idea really. I guess I should set a commit date and try and stick to it.

If you're looking to setup a LAN connection to a PC, there's also the Bluetooth applets:
