! get an error message during boot saying> cannot open launch conf, launch conf not found!. What to do i am desperate!   Ihave an SL-6000 and 1.12 Sharp ROM

I manage to start flashing it according to the instructions and using the original rom(newbie).
How much time flash takes aproximately?
