Title: How To Connect From Z Thru Win98 To Www?

i got networking working properly from Zaurus to Windows98 (SE) and vice versa,
but i cant and would like to browse the internet from the Z while connnected thru the USB cable,

is it possible without installing ICS?
if so, then how?
