Title: Need A Desktop Texteditor

In my Sl-c860 (cacko 1.18) I have now running ko/pi, ka/pi, pwm/pi and also the original sharp dtm based pim applications. I can sync k*/pi with dtm apps and with my Debian laptop and my nokia 6310i. For the text notes (about 300 syncro a few monts ago with a win outlook) I not have a desktop counterpart.  

I can do a dtm2xml and the format obtained is like:

Syncro with knotes is not an option due to knotes format:

Is a Desktop Texteditor available anywhere?

Any xml editor suitable?
