Title: 3.5.2 And Bluecard_cs.o

Could someone please point out where I can get a 3.5.2 compatible bluecard_cs  driver for my BlueMonkey BT card?  I noticed it was missing in 3.5.1 too.

There's a copy of this file in http://zaurususergroup.com/feed/bluez-zaur...2.4.18b_arm.ipk (http://zaurususergroup.com/feed/bluez-zaurus_2.3-2.4.18b_arm.ipk)
(ipk files are just .tar.gz; containing a file called data.tar.gz which has the module in it). I've been fiddling with this myself, the module seems to load fine, but things still aren't working.

After a few days googling, I came up with a working solution myself.
