Title: I'm Sick Of Current Broken Rom.

Are there any document or tutorial to built my own rom ?
Something like gentoo setup.

Unfortunately openembedded.org is still down, otherwise you could have a look at OE, which is used to build OpenZaurus (and a couple of others) as well.

Otoh, download http://www.pipsfrank.de/public_files/ozone.tar.gz (http://www.pipsfrank.de/public_files/ozone.tar.gz) (the original source is down), which can make a flashable copy of you installed rom as-is. So you can change whatever you want directly on your Z, and once its the way you like it, this script makes an image for you
