Title: Audio/Video Specs of the Cxx0?
Post by: Prefect47 on January 02, 2004, 01:20:26 pm
I was reading the thread here:
http://www.zaurususergroup.com/index.php?n...&highlight=xmms (https://www.oesf.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=153&highlight=xmms)

Does anyone know thespecs of the audio and video hardware on f.x. the Cxx0:s? I.e. what\'s the update frequency of the screen, and what sample rates can the sound hardware handle without software assist (i,e, resampling, which must take a lot of time for an fpu-less cpu)?

Do people see the difference between 15fps and 30fps on the screen?

The built in sharp player (imho) is the best player I have found for the c760.  Don\'t believe me?
Try it and see.

Copy the sample.asf file from the cd (11mb) and play it in the sharp movie player, full screen mode.

See this thread for more info and a link to a page telling you how to encode the files.

If you are getting better video than this then tell me what you are using and how you are encoding it.
